Welcome to the Morgan Creek Homeowners Association website!

Morgan Creek is a 129-home neighborhood nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Black Diamond, Washington; one mile east of highway 169 on Black Diamond-Ravensdale Road (map).

This site is maintained by the Board of Directors of the Morgan Creek HOA and is designed to provide information to current and prospective homeowners.  If you have any questions about Morgan Creek homeowners association, our community, or the information on this site, please contact us.


Reminders

Please watch out for the safety of our children; observe the 25-MPH speed limit in the neighborhood!

Parents, please make sure your kids are wearing helmets when riding.  Not only is it a good idea but its the law!

Be a good neighbor; please return your trailers, boats, campers, etc. to storage in a timely manner.  Your neighbors do not want to see your stuff parked in your driveway in front of your home.

Morgan Creek common areas and easements are for the enjoyment of homeowners and their guests.  Please properly dispose of pet and yard waste and do not use these areas as a dumping ground!
